Alfreda Randle Adams

Alfreda Randle Adams is the executive assistant for Benefit Chicago, where she coordinates and organizes administrative responsibilities for William W. Towns, Benefit Chicago’s executive director.

Prior to joining Benefit Chicago, Adams worked as an executive assistant in the behavioral health department of Blue Cross Blue Shield, supporting the chief of staff and many other C-suite team members. She also frequently volunteered her time in many shelters and participated in “feed the homeless” programs sponsored by BCBS. Before that, Adams served as operations manager and activity director for Golden Beginning Adult Day Center, where she worked directly with the Department on Aging, along with many city officials, on strategic planning for raising funds to assist seniors with areas of need.

Adams received her B.A. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University.
