Sophia Bolton

Sophia Bolton (she/her) is an impact coordinator for the People, Power and Policy team at The Chicago Community Trust.

In this role, she supports the People, Power and Policy portfolio of work in housing and homelessness, health, food access, and community safety by managing the grantmaking process and carrying out administrative duties.

Sophia’s background in health and human services includes case management work in Onondaga County of Upstate New York. Prior to the Trust, Sophia provided care management services to adults suffering from chronic physical or behavioral health conditions at Liberty Resources and was a case manager at Rescue Mission Emergency Shelter assisting adults in obtaining safe and affordable housing. 

After growing up in Riverside, Illinois, Sophia attended Syracuse University, where she earned her BS and MS in social work. She currently resides in the Uptown neighborhood.
