Maiko Heflick is the talent development specialist for The Chicago Community Trust.
In this role, Maiko supports the development, execution, and continuous advancement of the Trust’s overall learning and development strategy. She is responsible for the onboarding of new staff members to the Trust and its collaborative groups, management of staff development opportunities, support of the Trust’s DEI strategy, and more to cultivate and foster the Trust’s culture of continuous learning.
Prior to joining the Trust, Maiko’s experience with mentoring, coaching, instructional design, and training facilitation spanned across multiples industries, including the mental health, social services, and healthcare spaces.
She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Certificate in Behavior Modification from Indiana University South Bend, and is a Certified Instructional Technologist (CIT) with Mager Consortium.
