Liza Youngling is a data and analytics manager for learning and impact at The Chicago Community Trust.
In this role, she works across the organization and with grant recipients to support a culture of learning and data-driven, impactful changemaking to close the racial and ethnic wealth gap. Liza joined the Trust from the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, an honorary membership society and independent policy research center, where she conducted research to support nonpartisan, interdisciplinary commissions focused on reimagining the U.S. political and economic system for the twenty-first century. Prior to the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, she taught Anthropology at DePaul University.
Liza received her MA and PhD in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her bachelor’s degree in Culture & Politics from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
