Jessica Omana serves as the program manager for the Connecting Capital and Community initiative (3C) at The Chicago Community Trust.
In this role, she supports a multi-sector collaborative aimed at building wealth through homeownership and real estate development in Black and Latinx communities.
Jessica joined the Trust in 2018 as a grants coordinator for Get In Chicago, a funding collaborative that aimed to reduce youth violence. She then joined the Addressing Critical Needs and Learning & Impact teams as impact coordinator where she tracked grants aligned to fiscal year budget for the Community Impact department, supported quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and developed data visualizations to summarize progress for organizational dashboard and stakeholder presentations. Before the Trust, Jessica worked in investment consulting where she managed a portfolio of corporate, public, nonprofit, and endowment clients and produced investment reviews of client’s retirement investment portfolios.
Jessica completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, where she earned a BA in Government and a minor in Portuguese.
