Audrey Rutter is an impact coordinator for Elevated Chicago.
Previously, Audrey worked in Acquisitions and Development at the NHP Foundation, a national nonprofit affordable housing developer through the Illinois Housing Council’s Emerging Leaders Program and as a Qualitative Research Assistant at the University of Chicago Crime Lab where she interviewed participants of Heartland Alliance’s READI Chicago, a gun violence reduction initiative. She is also a proud AmeriCorps alum, having served two years as a Student Success Coach and Team Leader with City Year Chicago in Chicago Public Schools in the West Englewood and Fuller Park neighborhoods.
Audrey grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, and is a Certified Associate in Project Management through the Project Management Institute.
