    M.O.T. Design & Development Corp

    Awarded: Awarded Amount: $100,000

The XChange will be a mixed-use, high-rise that will elevate what intentional investment and development looks like in South Shore. Powered by best-in-class technology and built with sustainability in mind, The XChange will meet the unmet demand for quality rentals, desirable amenities, and contemporary residential units. The XChange project aligns with community-driven housing solutions, aiming to catalyze transformative change in South Shore and create a more inclusive, vibrant, and sustainable neighborhood where people work, live, eat, play, earn, and learn. The building will have 65 parking bays, 112 Bike spaces, 112 residential units, and 9,000 sf of retail space. We are proposing a 17-story, 135,940 square-foot tower that stands over 2000' high.
