    The National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts & Culture (NMPRAC) will host the 10th Annual Raices Gala on September 14th, 2023, and will present international superstar Ricky Martin with the prestigious 2023 National Ceiba Award.

    This event at the American Writer's Museum in Chicago will feature a two hour panel discussion with board members of the Juvenile Justice Initiative, some of the most knowledgable experts on children's rights and youth justice in Illinois.
